I hear  different sounds of clapping from the audience down below like screaming shouting and of course clapping on the bright  big stage filled with colours and different countries all behind us while we were performing.

I see the big bright colourful lights shine in my face and I can’t see the audience because they are so bright  that all a saw was pure black so I didn't want to look  at the audience at all.
I felt so nervous on the big stage because when the big stage light was on me I felt so nervous cause I thought I would do something wrong while I was dancing cause I  have never ever done that before in my life but once it was finished I felt alright .
The light’s blinded me when I started to dance, I took this seriously cause this was my chance, my glittering top at a glance would make you clap your hands my frilly skirt would make you stand as it moved side by side by my hand, we are all in this together I thought to myself so I,ll make my family proud. I danced and danced until my feet hurt then I took my bow and waited for the audiences clapping hands.

I hear  different sounds of clapping from the audience down below like screaming shouting and of course clapping on the bright  big stage filled with colours and different countries all behind us while we were performing.

My math with Heath and Emily-Rose

At our school we work with a maths mate and share our thinking with them. We ask questions about our maths and if we aren't sure of something, we explain how we do it. We know that 2 brains are often better than one and we enjoy working collaboratively.
Today Heath, Emily-rose and I worked on solving this problem

Kyla, Mya and Grace went to the movies. Their tickets cost $14.60 each. How much did their tickets cost altogether?

    Poetry

    Poetry
    In writing I have used a poem by James K. Baxter as a starting point to write my own holiday poem. I hope you like it.

    Madeline’s James K Baxter Poem
    The Movie(Wonder) was usual enough;
    It had ice cream, lollies, wine, popcorn and even a few tears.
    My Nana, Guy, sister and I did what movie-goers do.
    Crying, laughing, eating, watching.
    Doing nothing important.
